Lasting Powers of Attorney

How often have you said to yourself “ You just never know what’s round the corner”?

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you were unable to deal with your own affairs – either physically or mentally?

Accidents and illness can strike at any age and time – so it is sensible to be prepared.

With a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) you can choose an Attorney to look after your financial affairs and/or your personal welfare. That person will be able to make decisions on your behalf on matters such as paying your bills, as well as making decisions about your personal welfare, such as what medical treatment you will receive.
