Sue graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1983 and completed her Solicitors Finals at the College of Law in Chester. Having joined Jacobs Solicitors in 1987, Sue became a Partner in 1989.

Earlier in her career, Sue dealt with a wide range of matters including Conveyancing, Personal Injury, Divorce and spent ten years as a Duty Solicitor attached to the criminal department. Nowadays, Sue concentrates on developing her work with the Elderly – advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Care Home fees. Visits to the home or care home and hospital enable her to get out and about in the community .

Outside of work , Sue enjoys swimming and collecting Whippets.
